How it works
From booking to follow-up, in plain steps.
Everything happens online, in a calm, structured visit experience. We use Optimantra for booking, intake, and messaging, which means your personal medical information stays inside a HIPAA-aware patient portal, not on this website.
Book online
Pick a service and a time in the patient portal. Next-day visits are often available.
Complete intake
Submit health information privately and securely through Optimantra. No medical details are collected on this website.
Meet your clinician
Join a virtual visit from a private location in California using your phone, tablet, or computer.
Get a care plan
If clinically appropriate, prescriptions can be routed the same day. Follow-up is built in.
What to expect
Visit length
New patient visits are usually longer than follow-up visits, since we need time to understand your history. Length varies by service.
Privacy
Find a quiet, private place to take the visit. We use a HIPAA-aware video platform. Visits are not recorded.
Prescriptions
When clinically appropriate, a prescription can be routed to your pharmacy the same day. Controlled substances may have added requirements.
Follow-up
Most services need follow-up. We will tell you when, and book it before you leave the visit.
FAQ
Do I have to be in California for a visit?
Yes. Seavaint Health is a California-only telehealth practice. You must be physically located in California at the time of your visit.
How fast can I get an appointment?
Next-day appointments are usually available based on scheduling. Same-day prescription routing may be available after a visit when clinically appropriate.
Do I need to enter medical information on this website?
No. This website does not collect personal medical information. Booking, intake, and messaging all happen through Optimantra, our HIPAA-aware patient portal.
What ages do you see?
We see adult patients. If you are looking for care for a minor, please contact us before booking to confirm availability.
What if telehealth is not the right fit?
If telehealth is not appropriate for your situation, we will tell you, and direct you toward in-person care, urgent care, or emergency care when needed.
