Seavaint Health Nursing Inc, doing business as Seavaint Health, is a California-only telehealth practice. We see adult patients across women’s health, men’s health, psychiatry, chronic conditions, and acute care, with a focus on clear answers, honest scope, and real follow-through.
Our mission
Make virtual healthcare feel like a person actually picked up the phone.
A lot of telehealth feels rushed, transactional, or vague. We think care should feel different: warm, organized, and clinically careful. That means giving you time, explaining the reasoning behind decisions, and being straight with you about when telehealth is the right fit and when it is not.
Where we work
California, only.
We see patients located in California at the time of their visit. That focus keeps us licensed, accountable, and familiar with the regulations that affect care here. If you are outside California, this is not the service for you, and we will say so up front.

Patient visits are provided by Sophia Nairima, FNP-BC, PMHNP-C. Sophia practices in collaboration with Dr. Kenneth Van Williams, DO, our collaborative physician. The collaborative relationship operates behind the scenes to support clinical quality and safety in line with California practice standards.

If a symptom needs in-person evaluation, urgent care, or specialist support, we will tell you. Telehealth is a tool, not a substitute for everything.

Chronic care needs follow-up. So does mental health. Our visits are structured to make ongoing care possible, not just a single transaction.

We do not promise same-day everything. We promise to be clear about what we can do, what we cannot do, and what to expect along the way.
